I’ve scaled companies and products across Canada and the USA for exceptional brands such as Vega, SmartSweets, Mid-Day Squares, Shelfgram, Ancient Nutrition and The Kraft Heinz Not Company. Leading sales expansion in Retail; I know what it takes to build a brand that not only launches, but has the foundation to build long term growth.

I consider myself incredibly fortunate to have grown up in the natural CPG space, surrounded by people who have become lifelong friends and family. This industry is filled with remarkable individuals—hardworking, gritty, and full of heart—who are all dedicated to creating things that have never existed before.
My journey has allowed me to learn from exceptional leaders who taught me that the best way to show up is as my authentic self. I've had the privilege of being one of the first hires at startups that scaled in exhilarating, challenging ways, and I’ve recently stepped into the role of co-founder, gaining firsthand experience of the rollercoaster ride of building something from the ground up.
What energizes me most is collaborating with founders and small teams who embody this spirit. I know the challenges of “building the plane while flying it,” and I'm excited to help these brands anticipate the future, develop creative and robust strategies, and empower them to execute every step of the way.
